Everything in Myra is priced per unit. There are no bundled minutes, no message allowances and nothing to use up before you are charged — you pay for exactly what you use.
Charges are deducted from your Myra Wallet in real time, as each call ends, each message sends and each number renews. You can see every deduction on the wallet ledger in your billing settings.
All prices are shown in USD. The tables below are generated live from our current rate card, so they always reflect what you are charged today. Rates are indicative and can move with carrier pricing.
Calls
Outbound call pricing is a single total per minute. It already includes both legs of the call: the network-delivery (SIP trunking) leg and the browser/app leg used when you dial from Myra. There is nothing else to add.
Calls are billed on the interval shown — a 61-second call on a 60/60 interval bills as two minutes.
Messaging
SMS is priced per segment, per country. A longer message splits into multiple segments and each segment is charged. UK SMS costs materially more than US SMS at the carrier level, so the two are always shown separately.
Numbers, recording and storage
Phone numbers are charged monthly per number, from the day you buy them until you release them. Call recording is charged per minute recorded, and recorded audio is charged for the storage it uses each month.

⚠️ Emergency services (999 / 911 / 112 / 000 etc.) are not covered by this table. Myra is a business phone system and is not intended for emergency calls. If an emergency number is dialled through the platform, our telephony provider applies its own emergency-services rate, which is significantly more expensive than any standard per-minute rate shown here (typically several USD per call plus premium per-minute charges). The charge is deducted from your Myra Wallet immediately, and correct routing / location accuracy is not guaranteed. Use a mobile phone or landline for genuine emergencies.
