Live Myra status: All systems operational

Business settings

Business-wide configuration for your white-label business.

The Business Settings panel is the control room for your White-Label SaaS. Manage global branding, billing, and telephony for all clients.

1. Business Profile & Branding

  • White-Labeling: Upload your logo, favicon, and brand colours. This masks Myra across the entire platform.
  • Dark Mode: Support for dark-mode specific logos.
  • Support Links: Point "Help" and "Support" buttons to your own knowledge base.

2. Default Workspace Snapshots

Consistency is key to scaling. Define a Default Snapshot that includes:

  • Sales Pipelines: Pre-configured stages (e.g., Lead → Qualified → Won).
  • Custom Fields: Industry-specific data points.
  • Automations: Pre-built workflows and webhook actions. When you add a new client, Myra clones your snapshot into their workspace instantly.

3. Telephony & Wallet

Manage the Myra Wallet for your entire business.

  • Telephony Billing: Set per-business cost overrides and markup multipliers for SMS and Calls.
  • Auto-Recharge: Configure a minimum balance (e.g., $20) and a top-up amount ($10 default) to prevent service interruption.
  • Rate Protection: The platform includes rate-protected telephony billing to ensure your margins are safe.

4. Business Team & Permissions

  • View as User: Admins can use the "View as" picker in the top-right to preview the app with a specific user's permissions.
  • Account Manager: Assign staff to specific clients without giving them access to business-level billing.
  • Management: Delete or suspend team members across the business from the central Manage page.

5. SaaS Admin View

For platform owners, the SaaS Admin view allows:

  • Plan Overrides: Manually adjust a business's plan (comp_plan_id).
  • Discounts: Apply recurring Stripe coupons for specific businesses.
  • Audit Logs: Track who changed branding or which staff member logged into a client account.

6. Reporting Scope

Call analytics respect your current workspace. If you are viewing a specific client, reporting only shows calls for that client. In business view, reporting is limited to that business's clients.

Changing your plan

  • Moving to a bigger plan happens straight away. You're charged the difference and the new features unlock immediately.
  • Moving to a smaller plan happens at the end of your current paid period. You've paid for the month, so you keep everything until your renewal date. Billing shows "Your plan changes to on " together with the list of what you'll lose on that date, and a Keep my current plan button that cancels the change entirely.
  • If you're over the smaller plan's limits (too many client accounts, or too many users on one client account) we'll tell you which ones and ask you to archive or remove them before the change can be booked.

Best Practices

  • Standardize: Use 2-3 core snapshots rather than custom-building for every client.
  • Monitor Wallet: Ensure auto-recharge is enabled for high-volume businesses to avoid outbound call/SMS suspension.
  • Multi-Tenant Isolation: Rest assured that client data is strictly isolated per business; there is no cross-business leakage.

FAQs

Can I hide features? Yes. Toggle modules like "Proposals" or "AI Workforce" at the plan level or per-client.
