FAQs
Can I create custom KPI cards? Yes, using custom fields like "Property Type" to aggregate or average values.
Does it update in real-time? Yes, the feed and cards update automatically as events occur.
Won / Lost / Open outcomes
Every opportunity now carries an outcome: Open, Won or Lost.
- Dragging a card into a "won"-style stage (Client, Closed Won, Signed…) or a "lost"-style stage (Abandoned, Closed Lost, Cancelled…) sets the outcome automatically — nothing to learn if you already work the board.
- You can also set it explicitly: Mark Won / Mark Lost / Reopen in the contact drawer, or the trophy / cross icons on a pipeline card. Marking won or lost also moves the card to that pipeline's matching stage when one exists.
- Dashboard metrics (Active Clients, Abandoned, Pipeline Value, Conversion Rate, Win Rate, Close Rate…) are calculated from the outcome, so renamed or extra pipelines can no longer skew the numbers.
