Fathom AI Integration

Connect your Fathom AI notetaker so every recorded meeting lands automatically on the right contact in Myra - with the recording, AI summary, and action items ready to go.

What you get

  • Auto-import: as soon as Fathom finishes processing a meeting, it appears in Myra.
  • Smart contact matching: the meeting's guest list (external guests first, so it's the prospect rather than your own team member) is matched to your contacts by email, then email domain, then by exact full name when it's unambiguous. Recordings that arrived before a contact existed get re-checked each time you open the Sales Review tab.
  • Notes on the contact: the meeting summary, action items and recording link are written to the contact's notes timeline automatically, and the AI sales review is added as a second note - whether the review runs automatically or you trigger it manually.
  • Full context on the contact: recording link, AI summary, and action items sit on the contact so anyone on your team can pick up the conversation.
  • Optional auto-tasks: turn on Auto-create tasks from Fathom action items to convert every meeting's action items into Myra tasks, assigned to the contact's owner.
  • In-app playback: the Fathom recording is embedded directly in the Sales Review tab, so you can press play without leaving Myra (with an "Open in Fathom" link as a fallback).
  • Call scorecard: every AI review grades the call 0-100 overall plus seven weighted sales phases - opening & rapport, discovery, qualification, value & solution fit, objection handling, close & next steps, and listening & call control. Each phase gets a score, a justification, supporting quotes from the call and one concrete fix, and an estimated rep talk ratio.
  • Optional AI sales review: turn on Auto-review every Fathom call to have AI extract objections, recommended responses, and coaching tips for every recording. Reviews appear in Sales Analytics → Sales Review, and you can also trigger reviews manually from that tab.

Requirements

  • A Fathom account with API access (Settings → Integrations → API).
  • Admin access on the client inside Myra.

Multiple Fathom accounts

You can connect as many Fathom accounts as you like to one client. Give each one a label (for example "Sales team" or "Founders") so they're easy to tell apart, and disconnect them individually. Meetings from every connected account flow into the same contact timeline.

Setup

  1. In Fathom, go to Settings → Integrations → API and create a new API key.
  2. In Myra, open Settings → Integrations and find the Fathom AI Notetaker card.
  3. Paste the API key, optionally add a label, and click Connect Fathom.
  4. That's it - the next meeting Fathom records will show up automatically.

To have Myra also create tasks from action items, go to Settings → AI and turn on Auto-create tasks from Fathom action items.

How matching works

For every incoming meeting we look at the attendee list:

  1. If any attendee's email matches a contact in this client → attach to that contact.
  2. If not, and an external attendee's email domain matches a contact's email domain (and it isn't a generic personal domain) → attach to the most recent lead with that domain.
  3. If still unmatched, we try the attendee's full name. This only counts when exactly one contact in the client has that name (single-word names are ignored), so a recording is never attached to the wrong person.
  4. Recordings that are still unmatched get re-checked (email, phone and name) each time you open Sales Analytics → Sales Review, so contacts added after the call still get linked.
  5. Otherwise the meeting is saved as Unmatched - you can still see it, just not on a specific contact yet.

Credits

  • Importing meetings does not use credits.
  • The optional Auto-create tasks from Fathom action items toggle uses roughly 1 AI credit per meeting.

Disconnect

Open the Fathom card in Settings → Integrations and click Disconnect next to the account. We remove the webhook on Fathom's side and forget your API key. Meetings we already imported stay in Myra.

Call review, scoring and coaching

Every recorded meeting can be reviewed by AI. Open Sales → Call review, pick a date range to narrow the calls list, pick a call, and press Review with AI (or switch auto-review on so it happens the moment a recording arrives).

Watch the call in-app

The recording plays inside the app, so you never have to leave to check a moment.

Clickable moments

Key moments, objections and the evidence behind each score come with a timestamp. Click the little play chip and the recording jumps straight to that point in the call.

Scorecard

Each call gets an overall score out of 100, a grade, and a breakdown across categories such as opening and rapport, discovery, qualification, value, objection handling, close and next steps, and listening. Each category shows what happened, the quotes that justify the score, and one concrete thing to do differently next time.

Benchmarks

Once a few calls have been scored, each category also shows how the call compares to your team average, so you can see whether a 70 is good or bad for your team.

Leaderboard

The Leaderboard view ranks reps by average score, shows how many calls each has had scored, their best and worst call, their strongest and weakest categories versus the team, and whether they are trending up or down against the previous 30 days. A monthly chart shows whether the team as a whole is improving.

Custom scoring rubric

The Scoring rubric view lets each workspace rename categories, change how much each one counts, or switch categories off entirely. Weights are re-scaled automatically, so they do not need to add up to exactly 100%. Changes apply to future reviews.

Low-score alerts

When auto-review is on and a call scores below 60, the team gets a notification so the call can be coached the same day.

Objection library

Objections found in recorded meetings feed the same objection library as your phone calls, so you get one view of what your prospects push back on and the best responses to each.
