Settings is the command center for your Myra workspace. Here you define business rules, connect tools, and manage your team.
Scrollable menus and lists support mouse wheels, trackpads, touch gestures, and their visible scrollbars, including when opened inside a dialog.
Personal Settings
- My Profile: Update your name, profile picture, and HTML email signature.
- Notifications: Control Desktop "Toast", Email, and Mobile Push alerts.
- Security: Enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) and manage active sessions.
Workspace Settings (Admin Only)
Branding
Access the Branding Hub to configure:
- Branding: Logos (Light/Dark), Primary/Accent colors, and Glassmorphism UI settings.
- SMTP: Connect your own mail server with AES encryption for transactional emails.
Telephony & Billing
- Myra Wallet: Manage your prepaid telephony balance. Configure Auto-recharge ($20 min deposit, $10 top-up).
- Telephony Billing: Enable client billing and set markup multipliers for SMS, calls, and AI credits.
- Business Hours: Define when your team is "Online" to influence AI Support bot behavior and automations.
Contacts & Custom Fields
- Custom Fields: Global management of unlimited fields (e.g., "Project Budget").
- Field Groups: Organize fields into tabs like "Personal Info" or "Billing Details".
- Lead Facts: Configure how the AI reads and writes to the Knowledge tab on contact records.
Sales Pipeline
- Pipeline Management: Create multiple pipelines (e.g., Sales, Onboarding).
- Stages: Drag-and-drop to reorder stages like Lead → Qualified → Won.
- Filters: Set default pipeline-level filters by source, owner, or date.
Team Management
- User List: Manage all members.
- View as User: Preview the platform with a specific user's permissions.
- Roles: Define granular permissions for Owners, Admins, Managers, and Agents.
Integrations
- Communication: Configure calls/SMS with voicemail detection and transcripts.
- Calendars: Google and Microsoft 365 two-way sync.
- Payments: Stripe for processing $ USD payments.
- Webhooks: Configure automated actions and form field mapping.
Best Practices
- Regular Audits: Deactivate users who no longer need access.
- Test SMTP: Use the inline test panel to ensure your branded emails are sending correctly.
- Secure API Keys: Treat your REST API keys as passwords.
