SMS in Myra provides a robust, compliant, and automated platform integrated directly with your CRM and Inbox.

All SMS usage is funded through the Myra Wallet. Ensure your balance is topped up via Stripe or enable Auto-Recharge to prevent campaign interruptions.
Getting Your Number
- Go to Settings → Phone Numbers.
- Purchase Local, Mobile, or Toll-Free numbers.
- Monthly fees and per-segment rates apply in $ USD.
For countries that require business identity checks, submit the matching country identity in Business → Business Verification first. Australian submissions use mobile-number requirements and may require an external ID verification link after ordering; once the AU identity has been submitted, purchase can proceed while final checks continue during the order. Failed submission attempts remain editable as drafts unless the carrier/provider has actually rejected them.
Current SMS/MMS pricing references cover Irish and Canadian mobile numbers, with outbound calls and messaging available to any destination. Prices are subject to change due to a range of circumstances, including but not limited to our telephony provider increasing its underlying rates, carrier surcharges, destination mix, regulatory charges, currency movement, or routing changes.
Compliance
For US registration, enter the actual 9-digit EIN shown on the uploaded IRS letter; uploading the letter alone does not supply the EIN to the carrier form. Myra normalizes the contact phone to +1 format before submission.
US sending requires A2P 10DLC registration. Myra provides a wizard to collect the required brand details, including business entity type, business display name, legal name, tax ID, website, contact details and full business address. US addresses can be entered with commas or as a standard single line ending in state and ZIP. The wizard also asks for the public opt-in form URL, Privacy Policy URL and Terms URL that carriers will review. To speed things up, Myra provides templates - such as "Contact form → appointment & service updates" - that pre-fill the campaign description, message flow and sample messages with placeholders like {Brand}, {OPT_IN_URL} and {name}. Replace the placeholders with your real values and make sure your opt-in form shows an unchecked SMS consent checkbox. Myra automatically normalizes carrier-only formatting such as SMS keyword lists and builds carrier-compliant Opt-in, Opt-out and HELP messages from your brand details. MIXED campaigns are submitted with the carrier-required minimum of two sub-use-cases. Campaign samples must be complete SMS examples; optional short/blank extra samples are ignored automatically. A2P submission charges are shown before submission: Brand $8 one-time, Campaign $22.50 one-time, plus $15/month for active campaigns. Submitting confirms the paid brand-registration charge and sends the brand to the carrier registry; it does not merely save the details. The brand is reviewed first; once approved, Myra automatically submits the campaign, so no second manual submission is needed. Duplicate clicks do not create duplicate in-flight submissions or duplicate charges; a new paid submission is only available after a carrier rejection. Myra shows carrier-neutral approval, pending, and declined statuses for both the brand and campaign.
Business verification checklist help
Every item in Business → Business Verification has an (i) icon explaining exactly what the regulator wants, with an example. Two that trip people up:
- SMS opt-in screenshot / consent flow - a screenshot of where the customer gives permission to be texted. Usually your website enquiry form showing an unchecked SMS consent tick box, the consent wording, and visible Privacy Policy and Terms links. Phone or in-person opt-ins: screenshot the written script your team reads instead.
- Sample SMS messages - one real message per line, each naming your business and ending with "Reply STOP to opt out". Use "Write with AI" to draft three compliant examples from your business details, or "Insert template" for a fixed starting point, then edit the wording. No link shorteners.
You never fill in opt-in, opt-out or HELP keywords or their auto-reply messages - Myra generates carrier-compliant versions (START/YES/SUBSCRIBE/UNSTOP, STOP/UNSUBSCRIBE/CANCEL/QUIT/END, HELP/INFO) from your brand details and submits them for you.
Ready-made opt-in page (no web developer needed)
If your website has no consent tick box yet, you do not have to build one. Next to the SMS opt-in screenshot upload you will find a hosted opt-in page created for your business automatically. It is a real, public enquiry form (name, mobile, email, message) with:
- an unticked SMS consent box naming your business,
- "Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.",
- "Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.",
- links to your Privacy Policy and Terms,
- a note that consent is not a condition of purchase.
It also appears directly under the Opt-in form URL field in the A2P registration form, with Use this page, Open page and Copy link buttons.
How to use it:
- Click View page to preview exactly what carriers will see.
- Click Use this page as my screenshot - we generate the screenshot (consent box unticked) and attach it to the SMS opt-in screenshot / consent flow requirement for you.
- Click Use this page in the A2P form to set the same link as your Opt-in form URL, or Open page to view the live page.
Before you can use it, four details must be filled in, because the page renders from them: your legal business name, your website, your Privacy Policy URL and your Terms URL. The Privacy and Terms links must be real URLs you enter - we will not guess them, because a guessed link usually leads to a missing page on the exact screen a carrier checks. Until all four are in, Use this page as my screenshot and Use this page are disabled and we list what is still missing; you can still preview or copy the link, but it is marked as preview only.
Enquiries submitted through the page are stored with the date, name and number, so you have a record of consent.

FAQs
Can I port my number? Yes, most major carriers are supported.
What happens to inbound calls? Configure "Call Forwarding" in Settings to route calls to your preferred line.
A2P Registration Notifications
You'll get a bell/in-app notification at every stage of A2P:
- Submitted - when your registration reaches the carriers for review.
- Approved - once carriers have signed it off (SMS is now live).
- Rejected / Failed - with the reason so you can fix it and resubmit.
No need to keep refreshing the Phone Numbers page - updates are pushed automatically.
Reviewing your 10DLC submission
When you submit a US identity for verification you'll see a review screen first. It shows both parts of the registration:
- Brand - your business details, taken from the identity form.
- Campaign - use case, campaign description, sample messages, how consent is collected, and your opt-in / privacy / terms links.
Campaign fields are pre-filled from what you've already entered plus safe defaults, but you can edit any of them there - including Start from a template, the use case, and each sample message individually. Nothing is sent to the carriers until you press Confirm & submit.
One confirmation covers everything: the brand and the campaign are submitted as a single flow. If the carrier is still approving your brand, the campaign is queued and sent automatically as soon as the brand passes - you never have to come back and submit a second time. While that's happening the campaign shows as Queued - starts automatically, and a registration that already exists at the carrier never shows as "Not started".
